Shawn & Stephanie Foster President Shawn, with over 20 years in ministry is the founder and president of YouthStorm, a partnership of the body of Christ to empower the next generation for Kingdom service. Through the dynamics of community living, grass-roots ministry, prayer, and mentoring, he is committed to Church reformation and community transformation in New England and beyond. Shawn holds a masters degree in Urban Ministry from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. Stephanie is a cofounder of YouthStorm, serving with her husband in ministry for seventeen years. She is currently a student at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary working toward her Diploma. She is an influencer and leader of women. She leads women in healing, deliverance, and Kingdom living through God Encounter weekend retreats, and facilitates two weekly women's groups. Stephanie is an international minister and focuses on teaching people to live a Kingdom tapestry through practical authentic Christianity.
Shawn and Stephanie were married in 1991 and reside in Windham, NH with their five children, Wesley, Glori, Evan, Case and Cole.
Steve Arsenault Jr. Steve Arsenault, a native of Massachusetts, has been a part of YouthStorm since its inception after serving on youth staff under Shawn & Stephanie Foster for three years. He serves YouthStorm as a Director, leads the teaching staff at the Training Center, mentors the young men in the Discipleship Program and serves a variety of pastoral roles within our local churches. Steve's passion is to help disciple this generation and see them come to know Jesus intimately and make Him known passionately. He holds a Masters Degree in Urban Ministry from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and has ministered locally and internationally at Conferences, Camps, Schools and local churches. Steve currently resides in Lawrence, MA with his wife Melanie and daughters Kailey and Liana.
Diane Arsenault Diane Arsenault, a native of Massachusetts, has been a part of YouthStorm since its inception in 2000. She and her husband Steve Arsenault Sr. had been in ministry together for over 20 years, having founded and operated Christian Athletic Ministries where hundreds of young people encountered the message of Jesus Christ. Diane currently serves YouthStorm as mentor and staff with the Discipleship Program, in a variety of pastoral roles to women and young people, and oversees Human Resources. Diane is the mother of four children, and a proud grandmother of eight. She is currently enrolled at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary working toward her Diploma. Her passion is to be a light to those in darkness and see people set free and brought into their full destiny. Diane currently resides in Tewksbury, MA with her husband Steve and grandson Caleb.
David & Rebekah Schmitz David, a native of New England, joined YouthStorm in 2003, after a long relationship with Shawn & Stephanie Foster. David is a graduate of FIRE School of Ministry and Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary from which he received his Master of Arts degree. He has served YouthStorm through developing the Worship department, spearheading the Media and Video department, mentoring disciples in YouthStorm's Discipleship Program, and is the founder and director of WAVES (Worship Audio Visual Equipping Services). His heart is truly for the cultures as he speaks Spanish, and has been able to visit many countries in ministry. Rebekah, a native of New England, joined YouthStorm in 2003 after radically encountering God through the Prayer Furnace and Training Center. Rebekah has served YouthStorm through acting as directing Operations, being part of the teaching staff at the Training Center, co-leading the youth ministry, and spearheading a variety of ministry events and administrative initiatives. She has her Master of Arts degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, with a passion to disciple young women and see people set free into their full destiny in Christ.
David and Rebekah were married in 2007, and reside in Salem, NH with their son Micah.
Kurt & Susan Michelson Kurt, a native of Florida, joined YouthStorm in 2003. Kurt had served in two branches of the military, and had been a business owner before he joined the ministry. Kurt serves YouthStorm through overseeing the financial department, coordinating overseas missions trips, and ministering to men at Encounter God weekends. Susan, a native of Arkansas, joined YouthStorm in 2004, after serving as youth minister for several years at her home church. She holds two degrees, a BA in English and a BA in Journalism from The University of Central Arkansas. Susan serves YouthStorm through development of the graphics department, spearheading the journalism department, and acting as photographer for all YouthStorm's major events.
Kurt and Susan, frequently serve overseas at YouthStorm's various bases and ministry sites. They were married in 2006, and have a daughter, Haley and are expecting another child. They currently reside in Windham, NH.
Josiah Armstrong Josiah, a native of Florida, joined YouthStorm in 2004, following two years of being a part of the YouthStorm Discipleship Program. Josiah serves YouthStorm through overseeing Building and Maintenance operations, coordinating the Outreach Department; ministering to the lost, and to local church bodies. He also oversees the Intercessor's Network, as well as serving as a prophetic voice in the community. Josiah desires to see apostolic training centers raised up in which communities equip sons and daughters with excellence, sending out true laborers into the harvest through every creative expression. Josiah currently resides in Lawrence, MA at YouthStorm's staff housing.
Adam Small Adam Small, a native of Oklahoma, joined YouthStorm in 2006 after he was encountered by the Lord at one of YouthStorm's church plants. He has served the ministry through working in the children's ministry,assisting in youth ministry, working with the WAVES team in sound and information and web design, and working in various areas of administration. Adam is the oldest of 8 children and currently resides in Lawrence, MA at the YouthStorm staff housing.
Sarah Daniels Sarah Daniels, a native of Massachusetts, joined YouthStorm in May of 2008 after discovering YouthStorm at Soul Fest 2007. Moved by the love and passion of God, Sarah was encountered and has never been the same since. She has served YouthStorm through administrative oversights in various areas, contributing to the graphics department with her beautiful photography, and supporting multiple events with her organizational skills. Sarah currently resides in Lawrence, MA at the YouthStorm Staff/Team housing.
Will Ellis Will, a native of Massachusetts, entered into the YouthStorm Discipleship program in 2007 after God "rocked" His world. Upon graduation, William joined the YouthStorm staff. Will serves full time in building and maintenance, the Crossing Windham youth group, and as one of the worship leaders both at the Prayer Furnace and 2 of the Crossing churches. He has a passion for the nations and to see sons and daughters raised up to take hold of their God given destiny. His heart for worship is evident to all as he leads God's people in expressing their freedom in spirit and truth. William currently resides in the staff housing in Lawrence, MA.
Jacinta Perrotte Jacinta, a native of Vermont, was first exposed to YouthStorm in 2000. She later joined and graduated from YouthStorm's High School Summer Internship program in 2004. In 2007 Jacinta joined and graduated from YouthStorm's two year Discipleship and Internship programs and is now currently working on the YouthStorm Staff in administration. Her vision is to restore communication and unity in the body of Christ and to equip the Church for the coming kingdom of God. Jacinta presently resides in Lawrence, MA at the YouthStorm staff house.
Crystal Kay Spaulding Crystal, a native of New Hampshire, joined YouthStorm in 2005 when she met the team at a youth camp. She is presently serving in worship leading, the prayer effort, mentoring the youth, and releases a fragrance of joy and purity everywhere she goes. She desires to see others come into true fellowship with the Holy Spirit and to receive healing and restoration in order to walk in the joy God wants His people to experience. Crystal currently resides in Windham, NH.
Aaron Noonan
Aaron, a native of Massachusetts, discovered Youthstorm in 2004 through the Tuesday night Prayer Furnace meetings. After experiencing the presence of God, and seeing the radical lifestyle of prayer and community living, Aaron gradually became an active member of the Youthstorm community. In 2010 he joined Youthstorm staff full-time. Aaron serves the ministry through various areas of administrative oversight, assisting with the Prayer Furnace, worship team, youth group, and children’s ministry, as well as contributing to the graphics department with his photography. His vision is to see spiritual sons and daughters raised up who love the Lord wholistically with all their hearts, souls, and minds without dichotomy. Aaron currently resides in Salem, NH.
