A local YouthStorm chapter exists to reproduce the heart and vision of YouthStorm:

To Unite, Equip, and Mobilize the generations to become active voices and to serve people in their communities; to pursue holiness, to fulfill their purposes in the local church and the Kingdom, and to ignite the flames of revival in their communities and their world. YouthStorm is a ministry partnership of all ages to empower the next generation.

Chapters will be local expressions of the heartbeat of YouthStorm – and give individuals endless potential for being involved in Kingdom advancement in their own hometown or university.

Local Chapters will also function to inform and involve people from their communities. This will include promoting YouthStorm equipping events, prayer movements, local service projects and missions trips.

In the past the youth have been the igniting factor in 8 of our 10 revivals. Now once again, the stage has been set for what will be the greatest revival yet. The youth are becoming passionate for Christ like never before, and unity is stirring in the hearts of Youth leaders.

Historically, Satan has tried to extinguish God’s plan for a generation that is destined to manifest the glory of God. America has seen this young generation attacked with everything from abortion to drugs, and now the American Church is seeing her first martyrs, and they are the youth!! Now is the moment to spend our lives for the Kingdom.

YouthStorm has been established to seize this divine opportunity and facilitate a united front. Our vision is to unite, equip, and mobilize the generations in our world; to pursue holiness, to fulfill their purposes in their local churches and in the Kingdom, and to ignite the flames of revival in their communities and their world.

YouthStorm chapters can be established anywhere a committed, passionate heart wishes to plant one! Training is basic and can be done via e-mail, phone or one-on-one with a coordinator. YouthStorm also offers many equipping events throughout the year in which leaders are encouraged to participate. Passion and commitment level will determine how far your sphere of influence reaches and the amount of fruit you will reap. The initiative is up to you!

The basic requirements of a chapter leader would be as follows:

• To host a monthly prayer meeting, inviting people of all ages, from as many Christian area churches as possible. This meeting would be to intercede for revival in your area, as well as any pressing topics relevant to your sphere of influence.

• To present YouthStorm, our vision, our events, our programs and what we offer at any local concerts, church events, sports events, etc. that will open their doors to you.

• To attend one Encounter Weekend with YouthStorms church plant, The Crossing. More information about these weekends check out the Encounter web page.

• To attend two quarterly event, listed on our calendar of events at www.youthstorm.org

• To host a yearly community service project to express the love of Jesus in practical ways. This should be a well advertised event involving area churches and youth groups. More information and direction regarding these service projects will be included in your Chapter Manual.

YouthStorm is committed to supporting, training and partnering with leaders of local chapters. We are here to see you grow and expand the Kingdom through your service. The following are some of the resources we offer:

• Experience – experienced ministers will be available via email, phone or in person. We are dedicated to imparting the vision and providing the tools needed to expand the Kingdom.

• Propaganda – YouthStorm will provide propaganda to promote the vision. The YouthStorm website will provide all events coming up throughout the year, with appropriate registration forms/procedures.

• Website – YouthStorm will help promote unity amongst chapters by providing an online community.

• Prayer Furnace – a place where individuals and groups can come and participate in different models or worship and prayer – as well as connect with other passionate leaders.

• Unity – throughout the year YouthStorm hosts uniting events dedicated to uniting individuals serving the body, equipping with needed tools, and mobilizing you to go back out to your community.
